Janet is very happy to discuss her work and to give readings from it to any interested audience. This includes readers and writers groups who meet at home or in community venues, college students and prisoners.
As many of her stories deal with contemporary social issues such as bullying; multi-culturalism, and the effectiveness, or otherwise, of ‘Care in the Community’, teachers and lecturers may find it useful to use her work to help promote critical thinking and social awareness not just with Literature students, but with others too.
It is easiest for Janet to access venues around London, in the South East and North East of England and across the central belt of Scotland, but other possibilities will always be considered. Fees are negotiable.
